Co-founder Ryan Leskiw is a Canadian entrepreneur and business leader based in Edmonton, Alberta, currently serving as President of Aurora Gold and Gravels Inc.

With over two decades of leadership experience spanning government, academia, and industry, Ryan brings a unique, multi-disciplinary perspective to resource development. His core strengths include strategic planning, project development, stakeholder engagement, and business growth. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to align technical opportunities with market demand and capital priorities. At Aurora, Ryan is particularly focused on identifying high-potential opportunities and aligning technical, financial, and operational resources to bring projects from early-stage exploration through to development.

Through his involvement at Aurora Gold and Gravels Inc., Ryan is committed to building a modern, growth-oriented resource company that contributes to Canada’s mining sector while emphasizing responsible development and long-term value creation.

 Co-Founded and operated by Micheal Langille, Aurora Gold and Gravels Inc is built on a strong foundation of hands-on field experience, industry knowledge, and a deep passion for mineral discovery. 

With 17 years of placer mining experience and 9 years in mineral exploration, Micheal has developed a practical and results-driven approach to exploration and project development across British Columbia and the Yukon Territories.
Throughout his career, Micheal has held a variety of leadership and technical roles, including Senior Prospector with Alpine Rockies Consulting Ltd and Owner/Operator of River Rose Resources Ltd. His background also includes 6 years of tenure management experience, providing extensive knowledge of mineral claims, permitting processes, land regulations, and compliance requirements within the mining industry.

Beginning his exploration career in gemstone prospecting, Micheal steadily advanced into mineral exploration project generation, claim development, and optioning projects to junior mining companies. His work is driven by a passion for solving geological mysteries, identifying exploration potential, and building strong opportunities from grassroots concepts to viable exploration assets.

Currently enrolled in his second year of geological studies, Micheal is actively working toward obtaining his Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) designation. His combination of academic advancement, extensive field experience, and practical mining knowledge allows him to bridge traditional prospecting skills with modern exploration practices.
